Yes. Groundswell International is a 501(c)(3) organization, and donations made by US residents are tax deductible as allowed by the law.
How much of my donation is spent on program and how much on administration?
Since our founding, Groundswell has spent between 85 and 90% (depending on the year) of our total revenue on implementing programs, while just 10% to 15% was spent on administration and fundraising.
Are you hiring?
All available opportunities are listed on our Jobs, Volunteer, and Intern page.
Are there opportunities to volunteer or work with your international partners?
Occasionally our partners host students and volunteers. When available, these opportunities are posted on our Jobs, Volunteer, and Intern page.
Are you accepting applications for new partners?
Groundswell is currently working with partners and allies in 10 countries around the world. Groundswell identifies new partners organically through the course of its work in the field. If you operate in a country where Groundswell works, you believe your work is aligned with ours and that our organizations can mutually benefit by working together, please send a letter, your most recent annual report and audited financial statements to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does Groundswell provide grants?
No, Groundswell is not a grant making organization. We are a global partnership, and we leverage our collective resources – both financial and human – to undertake programs.
I am working on a research project, and am interested in learning more about the work that you do. Who is the best person to contact?
Please send us a detailed email about your project and how Groundswell might assist in your research to email@example.com.
